FAQs
How we work
Following initial contact with Daisy Chain Home Support an assessment of your needs will be arranged at a convenient time for you and your family members. This assessment is informal and allows you the opportunity to let us know what support you feel would benefit you. The information you tell us will be transferred onto a detailed person centred care Plan. One copy of the care Plan will be kept with you and the other copy will be held securely in the Daisy Chain Office.
We pride ourselves in our personal touch and feel it’s in everybody's interest changes are kept to a minimum. We take special care when matching the Carer to the client ensuring the best possible match at all times. Our clients have the same Carer on a regular day and at regular times. In the event of sickness and holidays, another carer will always be introduced where possible.
Daisy Chain Home Support believes the key to providing high standards of care is by ensuring the company stays small and manageable. Daisy Chain will only take on additional care packages if it does not jeopardise the quality of service to our existing clients.
Feel free to contact the office if additional support is required. There may be occasions when members of the family or friends are unable to visit due to a number of eventualities. We will do our utmost to accommodate, giving your family and friends peace of mind.
